Teams
Fees: 300 EURO per team

Your IAPS NC/LC will have been allocated a number of teams they can send to the finals. Please contact them first with any questions regarding the preliminary event.

Teams wishing to participate as IAPS independent members or from a region where the IAPS NC/LC is not running a PLANCKS preliminary please notify us via this form before registering.

Observers
Fees: 75 EURO per observer

Observers should email plancks2024@physics.org before registering, to request a space at the finals. Please provide some details as to your student status and why you want to apply.

Note: no one country will have the majority of observers.

Visas
We advise that all preliminaries should take place at least three months before the Dublin finals in order to give participants sufficient time to apply for visas and plane tickets.

To see if you require a visa to attend PLANCKS 2024 please check here. Once you have been allocated a space at the finals please notify us as soon as possible if you require a visa.

If you wish to host a PLANCKS preliminary please notify us via this form before 11:00 GMT on Wednesday 17th January 2024. After this all teams spaces for the finals will be allocated.
